I, like many people, love Nigella Lawson. When I found this recipe in her “kitchen” book it made life much more understandable. The original is here. I switched the spaghetti for 360g of spiralized courgette and added 1 teaspoon of marmite, 10g of butter and 5g of parmesan. 180 calories of loveliness. Obviously if you don’t like Marmite move on…….!
